Ah how I miss the ocean. But you remind me she is still there, steady and persistent, and her wisdom is with me, reminding me how to breathe. I believe I will appreciate her more when I see her again.

JoAnna, thank you for your wonderful comment. Yes, she is still with you, with us all. Part of your comment makes me smile, the ocean teaches me how to breathe. It is good practice whenever there is stress or any time,
that is how this Haiku came to be.

Lauren, I am so happy you feel the calm. I am calming myself by the image
of hearing the calm breath of the sea and practice my own breathing in the same rhythm.
